VI. Collection and use of personal data
Birdz undertakes to collect, process, use and transfer Personal Data in compliance with the applicable regulations, namely the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 (GDPR) and all laws or regulations ratifying, transposing or completing the GDPR.
The personal data collected on the site is recorded in a computerised file in mainland France by Birdz S.A.S. for Birdz S.A.S. for the purpose of managing User requests for information on Birdz products and services, recruitment by Birdz and press relations management. The collection of this information determines the responses to User requests. The information collected as part of a request for information on the products or as a result of a customer or business contact will be kept for 18 months in the active database before being archived for a period of 12 months. This information shall be used by the sales department and the digital marketing and communication department. The information collected within the scope of an unsolicited job application will be kept for 24 months as recommended by the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Commission (CNIL). This information shall be used by the human resources department. The information collected within the scope of press relations will be kept for 18 months. This information shall be used by the communication and digital marketing department and its subcontractors.
The User is prohibited from using data of a personal nature for any other purpose than that referred to above.
Personal data provided to Birdz will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Personal data about the User is collected and processed by Birdz through the forms whose purposes have been described.
